You can pay using a Credit Card, Debit Card or PayPal option. All these are prepaid methods of placing an order. You can also place an order using “Cash on Delivery” method. Cash on Delivery will be verified and progressed further.
All your orders will be dispatched within two working days of placing the order. Depending on your location, the delivery time might vary from 2 to 9 working days. We will always look at the most efficient way to deliver your order before time.
Sometimes, deliveries can be affected by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to, unexpected travel delays from our courier partners due to weather conditions or any political disruptions or strikes.
You will have to pardon us for such occurrences. We will notify you proactively if there are any such issues.
Yes! Cancellation is possible in real time, but only before the products have been packed. As soon as the cancellation is processed, we will refund the entire amount paid for the order. If the order has been packed or shipped out to you, cancellation will not be possible.
After the item is delivered, cancellation is not possible. But we do have a flexible return policy! You can return the order within 30 days from the time it is delivered.
We have a very flexible returns policy that states that if our customers do not find the product satisfying, they can return it as long as the following conditions are met:
1) It should be unused. 2) It should be unwashed. 3) The price tags, brand tags, shoe-box and all original packaging must be present. 4) The product must be returned within 30 days.
Any gifts received must also be returned along with the product.
